  • Early Access & Pre‑Order Information


    Early Access items are pieces still in production that we launch first inside our VIP Facebook group on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Each item includes a full description and sizing details so you can reserve your size with confidence. All Early Access orders are confirmed and placed with our vendors on the last Friday of each month.


    Online Pre‑Orders work the same way but may have a later estimated shipping date depending on the vendor’s schedule. Once your item is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation message by email or Messenger with your expected ship or pick‑up date.

    ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO ORDER BEING PLACED. 

    🛒 How to Pre-Order
    Guests may pre-order by:
    •     Placing an order directly on the website
    •     Requesting an invoice via DM or pay app
    All orders must be paid in full before items are added to cart or reserved.

    Orders are placed with the vendor on the last weekend of each month. Once your item is confirmed in stock and available in your selected size, you’ll receive a confirmation DM. If your item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued — it never expires and can be used on any in-stock item or, with approval, another pre-order.

    📦 Shipping & Arrival
    Estimated arrival times vary by vendor and will be communicated once confirmed. Shipping updates are always shared promptly.

    🔁 Returns & Exchanges
    All pre-order items must be:
    •     In original condition
    •     Returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving
    •     Approved for store credit only
