    What’s the difference?
    Early Access means you’re getting first dibs on new arrivals before they’re released to the general public. These items are available in limited quantities and may ship sooner than standard pre-orders.

    Pre-Order items are launched online and on our VIP Facebook page on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Each item includes a full description and sizing info so you can reserve your size with confidence.

    🛒 How to Pre-Order
    Guests may pre-order by:
    •     Placing an order directly on the website
    •     Requesting an invoice via DM or pay app
    All orders must be paid in full before items are added to cart or reserved.

    Orders are placed with the vendor on the last weekend of each month. Once your item is confirmed in stock and available in your selected size, you’ll receive a confirmation DM. If your item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued — it never expires and can be used on any in-stock item or, with approval, another pre-order.

    📦 Shipping & Arrival
    Estimated arrival times vary by vendor and will be communicated once confirmed. Shipping updates are always shared promptly.

    🔁 Returns & Exchanges
    All pre-order items must be:
    •     In original condition
    •     Returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving
    •     Approved for store credit only
